*Mayfield camps group rate: CAN$ 1995.00 +GST per person for parties of 7 or more. Children under 13 camp for half price; all children must be accompanied by a parent(s) or guardian.

To send an Interac e-Transfer:
Login to online or mobile banking at a participating financial institution.
Choose Interac e-Transfer within the Transfer/Payment menu options.
Select a recipient by entering an email address: wsawchuk@pris.ca
Fill in the Interac e-Transfer information (dollar amount, account from which to withdraw the funds, a security question that only the recipient will know the answer to, and optional personal message).
Follow the instructions to confirm the information and complete the transfer.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 50% deposit to confirm a booking. The balance is due on May 1. Prior to that date, reservations can be cancelled and your deposit refunded, minus a $250 deposit to cover costs. After May 1, monies paid are not refundable. If for any reason we must cancel a trip, a full refund will be given.

UNFORESEEN COSTS
If we encounter unexpected logistical arrangements such as additional lodging or flights due to weather or accidents, the cost shall be divided equitably among the participants.
